Once our official site is live August 1, it will be FREE for everyone to join. If you are a Sugar Daddy, Mommy or Couple, you will have the opportunity to purchase a monthly subscription box for your Sugar Baby. Prices vary from $99 to $299 per box, per month.

GiftDaddy was formed exclusively to serve the “sugar relationship” market. Unlike most subscription box sites we do not share the personal identifiable information of the sender or the receiver. Neither the Sugar Daddy, Mommy or Couple, or the Sugar Baby knows the other’s information. This includes real names, billing addresses, shipping addresses and other confidential information. At GiftDaddy, we understand the discreet nature of the sugar relationship. Not everyone is as open about their personal information. Our uniquely curated, luxury gifts are ideally suited for your special Sugar Baby. They are sure to surprise your special someone and keep them excited about your continued relationship.

No. We are a subscription gift box service that enables Sugar Daddies, Mommies and Couples to discreetly send amazing, uniquely curated gift boxes to their Sugar Babies every month.

Most sugar relationships are formed online using one of many sugar dating and arrangement sites worldwide. We are not aligned with any particular site, and welcome anyone who would like a discreet way to send gifts that will add to the excitement and fun of their existing relationship.

Unfortunately, we are not a dating site and our online users do not have a means in which to search for sugar partners. Those who join our site have pre-existing relationships or seek to liven up their arrangements with unique gifts that keep the fun of your partnership going. Users are able to connect with one another once they join the site for FREE. Users are given unique links that they can share with their sugar partners. By clicking on those links, those sugar partners are then connected with your profile, and the gift giving can begin discreetly.

GiftDaddy delivers two types of boxes: The Happy Daddy and The Big Daddy.

The Happy Daddy box consists of 4 to 6 gift products in each monthly box and has a retail value of between $200 to $300 in products. The price of the subscription box starts at $99 USD.

The Big Daddy consists of 6 to 8 items, and the retail value of products in that box range from $400 to 500. The price of the box starts at $299 USD.

Items in each box are personally chosen by our Sugar Baby gift curation experts. We have found that Sugar Babies like the thrill of opening surprise gift boxes each month. Gifts include makeup, fashion and travel accessories, small electronics, adult toys, clothing, home goods and other personal items. Gift Daddy does not currently ship alcohol in its gift boxes, but we're working on that.

No. GiftDaddy keeps all of this information extremely confidential. We do not share your personal identifiable information with anyone. Conversely, GiftDaddy does not share with you any personal identifiable information about your Sugar Baby. On our site, we do offer Gift Daddies, Mommies and Couples the ability to enter their Sugar Baby's delivery address when ordering a subscription box if they know it -- but we never share this information with you.

“GDBox” will appear on your credit card statement.

Our marketing emails offer you updates about our services, new offerings, and events. If you would prefer not to receive them, simply click the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of one of our marketing emails. Please note that we'll continue to send you email messages regarding your account, including notifications about checking your account for messages from other users.

Two-Factor Authentication is a method of confirming a user's claimed identity in which a computer user is granted access to their account only after successfully entering their username and password, and then entering an auto-generated code that is sent to their mobile phone. Once enabled, entering the code will be a requirement each time you access your account.

Because your password alone is no longer enough to access your account, two-factor authentication dramatically improves the security of your account on GiftDaddy and all the personal information you store with us.

While this feature is not mandatory and will require your mobile phone to be accessible, we strongly encourage you to use this added security feature.

Regardless if you are a Sugar Baby, Daddy, Mommy, or Couple, GiftDaddy will ONLY contact you via email or text messaging. WE NEVER CALL YOU OR LEAVE VOICEMAIL MESSAGES.

No. GiftDaddy keeps all of this information extremely confidential. We do not share your personal identifiable information with anyone. Conversely, GiftDaddy does not share with you any personal identifiable information about your Sugar Daddy, Mommy or Couple.

While many sugar relationships and arrangements have no problem sharing this information, GiftDaddy keeps all this private.

GiftDaddy monthly gift boxes are final and nonrefundable unless there is evidence of a broken product. GiftDaddy reserves the right to determine if a gift box or product is eligible for an exchange. GiftDaddy does not accept returns or credits.

GiftDaddy does not accept returns, but we do accept exchanges of any sized apparel item(s) within 7 days of the order receipt date. The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. Item(s) must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges will only be accepted for another size in the original item ordered and are dependent upon available inventory. Most apparel items are one-size-fits-all.

To request an exchange, contact us at support@giftdaddy.com If you live in the contiguous USA, GiftDaddy will send a return label to you via email. If you live outside the continental US, you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and providing your own return label. All exchanges will be charged a fee of $5 to cover the cost of processing. This charge will appear on your Sugar Daddy, Mommy or Couple primary form of payment. Upon arrival back to the GiftDaddy warehouse, the replacement item will be shipped out within 2-weeks if the item is in-stock. If the item is not in stock, GiftDaddy will try its best to replace the item with a similar product.

GiftDaddy will alert Sugar Daddies, Mommies, and Couples that your subscription term is about to end. You will be given instructions on how to continue your subscription gift boxes to your Sugar Baby without interruption if you so choose.

Yes. Sugar Daddies, Mommies or Couples may cancel at any time, subject to the time frames below. Prepaid subscriptions are cancellable, but non-refundable or exchangeable.

In order to cancel your subscription, you must do one of the following: (a) email us at contact@giftdaddy.com, indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions that we send you in response; or (b) log into your Account Settings navigate to the Subscriptions tab, choose Cancel, and follow the instructions; and indicate that you wish to cancel and follow the instructions given. There are no cancellation fees.

Cancellations must be performed prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged.

When the Sugar Baby accepts your invitation to send them a subscription box, your method of payment will be charged for the first time. This date will be the date in which you are charged for each subsequent monthly box. For example, if your first box shipped on the 15th, you will be charged on the 15th of each subsequent month until your subscription ends.

If you have selected to give your Sugar Baby monthly boxes (3-month, 6-month, 12-month), your card will be charged one time for the full amount of the subscription, plus shipping.

Yes. Log into your Account Settings navigate to the WALLET tab, choose the card you wish to change. In your account settings, you can update your credit card information on file for each subscription you have on file.

GiftDaddy ships its boxes on the 1st and 15th of every month.

Once a Sugar Baby accepts the invitation to receive a subscription box, the order is processed.

Sugar Babies that accept their invitation between the 1st and 15th of the month, will have their boxes ship on the 1st of the following month. Those that accept their invitation between the 16th and the 31st, will have their boxes ship on the 15th of the following month.

Regardless of the weight of the box, GiftDaddy makes it affordable by charging a flat $12 shipping fee within the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii. International shipments are made through FedEx International Economy and we offer the most economical, safe and expeditious method of delivery. International shipments may include taxes, fees and/or duties. These are included in the cost of shipping so the Sugar Baby can receive their package without the inconvenience of paying these expenses. For our initial launch in August, we are limited shipments to the United States. Our global reach will expand rapidly in the coming months.

Shipping for these special locations is done through United States Postal Service. A $10.00 APO/FPO shipping fee will be assessed on each shipment and will be added to your monthly charge. Certain gifts may or may not be suitable for receipt on a military base. Sugar Daddies, Mommies and Couples are encouraged to use discretion when sending gifts to their Sugar Babies in the military.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you have signed up for the month-to-month subscription plan, simply log in, go to your Account Settings, navigate to the Subscriptions tab and cancel the plan you wish to discontinue. If you cancel before your next billing date, you will not be charged. Packages that have already been charged AND shipped, cannot be refunded. Pre-Paid subscriptions are non-refundable.

Yes. In your account settings, you can adjust the type of box you want to ship (Happy Daddy or BigDaddy), and the length of the subscription (1, 3, 6 or 12 months).

We never like to hear this, but if your Sugar Baby did not receive their gift, please contact us at contact@giftdaddy.com. Depending upon the situation, you may be entitled to a refund, credit or re-shipment. GiftDaddy.com cannot be held accountable for shipping addresses that were changed by the Sugar Baby after a package has been shipped. Nor can we be held accountable for inaccurate addresses that the Sugar Baby entered on the site. We will work to resolve any issues as best we can.

You can access your account settings for updates on your box shipments. GiftDaddy will never share a Sugar Baby’s address or packaging tracking number, however, we will tell you if your package has been processed, shipped, or delivered.

The shipping time from the moment your gift box leaves our St. Louis-based warehouse and arrives at its destination varies based on your Sugar Baby’s location. Domestic US boxes arrive between 5-7 days after leaving our warehouse. International orders take between 7-15 days. APO/FPO shipments may take up to 45 days for your initial order to arrive depending on global location. Customs clearance, International postal delays, and other factors can sometimes cause shipping delays for International Orders. If your Sugar Baby does not receive their box within 15 business days after your account shows “shipped”, please contact@giftdaddy.com for assistance.

Any missing, damaged, lost, or defective boxes or products must be reported within 3 days of the delivery date to your Sugar Baby. Make sure your Sugar Baby reports any issues to their shipment as soon as possible. Please have your Sugar Baby contact us at contact@giftdaddy.com. We will likely ask for pictures and evidence of the damage. We will do what it takes to make everyone happy.
